Hi, I’m Dan Ros and unfortunately, I have a blog, and worse, you are reading it. Sorry about that.
Professional information
I’m mainly interested in Linux, Python, networking and interactions thereof. I have also done a fair amount of work building and running network infrastructure services such as DNS, web platforms, mail, and related things.
I’ve recently started working with ARM in Cambridge on a web infrastructure project involving Django and Trac. I also do work for Appliansys, helping to build their server appliances.
In the past, I have co-founded Omnicea to promote an Asterisk based VoIP PBX product which I co-wrote, under the name of Claros VoIP. I’ve also done network administration and 3rd line support work for Nildram.
